FLOURISHING IN THE DARK: WHAT CAN WE DO?
This is a four-part series of classes that address the sense of helplessness and hopelessness that
surrounds us all. The ever-mounting effects of chaos and destruction we are all currently
experiencing have been referred to as the dark night of the soul of the world. If you've ever experienced
a personal dark night of the soul, you may know the importance of allowing--allowing yourself to be
fully in it. But allowing is different than wallowing. I’m suggesting that we can attend to the task of being
authentically present in these challenging times that will help us to step forward together into a lighter,
more beautiful world.
Reconnection is primary to everything that follows and can spell the difference between flourishing
and floundering. It is a vital blueprint to understanding our roles in this epic story of evolution
to help us find and emanate from our centers in communication within and without. Utilizing ritual,
journeying, wisdom teachings, interactive exercises, and ceremony, the four classes include:
1. Reconnection: discovering, deepening and maintaining the sanctuary of our connections with
nature, with each other, with ourselves and to spirit.
2. Resistance: practicing true resistance to fear, helplessness, apathy, negative thinking and
victimhood.
3. Resiliency: identifying and establishing practices that feed us.
4. Regeneration: visualizing and co-creating the world that is calling to be born.

SHAMANISM: A MULTI-FACETED GUIDEPOST FOR ADDRESSING THESE TIMES OF CHANGE
We are witnessing the galvanizing of the most powerful force of awareness, activism, and alteration toward co-creating a new world we have ever experienced. As we continue to watch that which is no longer sustainable fall away, we become positioned to combine our creativity with our spiritual
foundation to help bring about all the beautiful changes we have dreamed.
In this one day workshop you will gain an introductory understanding of the meaning of Shamanism,
the first spiritual practice of humanity, and how the wisdom teachings and practices of shamanism
can effectively guide the transformation and healing of our world on personal, community, and
planetary levels. This is the time to realize your purpose and take your place of power as a Luminous Warrior.
QUANTUM HEALING ON PERSONAL AND PLANETARY LEVELS: AN
INTRODUCTION TO THE TOOLS OF THE ANDEAN MEDICINE WHEEL
This one day workshop is an introduction to understanding and working with the wisdom and
medicine teachings of the Andean Medicine Wheel. Utilizing the tools of indigenous alchemy, you will
step outside of the ordinary laws of time and space to realize the mystery of creation. The focus of
this transformative work is both for personal healing and to realize your purpose at this crucial
moment to become a co-creator and dream a new world into being.
BECOMING A MESA CARRIER: AN INTENSIVE INITIATION INTO THE ANDEAN MEDICINE WHEEL AND THE MUNAY KI RITES
In Andean tradition, the mesa is a portable sacred alter holding personal power objects that afford a microcosm of the universe for healing and ritual. Becoming a mesa carrier is a sacred initiation
process of indigenous alchemy that sets you on an ancient pathway of accelerated growth and
healing in four classes through the directions of the Andean Medicine Wheel.
This initiation includes the transmission of the nine rites of the Munay Ki, the loving legacy of the Inca Shaman of Peru, handed down for generations. In their language of Quechua, Munay means supreme love and Ki refers to the life force or Chi. Together, these words mean Be as Thou Art, the you that
you were meant to be.
Through personal awareness and intuitive development exercises, journeying, ritual, and fire
ceremony we will step out the ordinary laws of space and time to dance in the mystery of creation
and reside in our transcendent nature.
SHAMANIC ENERGY MEDICINE: ANDEAN HEALING PRACTICES
In the Andean tradition, as in most Shamanic traditions, healing is believed most effective when it begins with focusing the lens on the source of the problem, on the heart of the matter. From an energetic state of perception, imbalances are seen as imprints the energy field of light that surrounds all living beings. These imprints affect our mental/emotional health and our physical well-being through the chakra system.
Attending to our own work of healing our imprints, while integrating the wisdom teachings and practices of the Medicine Wheel Initiation, helps us live in harmonic balance and raises the vibration of our chakras, clarifying their hue. In this way, the Andean Shamans say we develop a rainbow body which allows us to become more visible and appealing to the lineage of medicine women and men who have stepped outside of time, but are available to inform and assist us in our work. This assistance from Spirit in the “experience of infinity” brings true healing.
This workshop series of four classes will enhance your intuitive development, widen your
perception of disease and imbalance, and enhance the art of your healing practice.
*Becoming a Mesa Carrier: The Medicine Wheel Initiation series is a prerequisite to this series and can be taken conjointly.
BECOMING THE MOUNTAIN: A RITE OF PASSAGE FOR WOMEN
In many cultures, rites of passage are used to mark pivotal times in our lives and to help us
transition from one stage of life to the next. As we reach our middle and later years, we are
challenged by physical and emotional changes that can be difficult to accept, particularly
without community support. Women are more valued for their beauty and sexual viability and
less for their wisdom, experience, and spiritual maturity. This creates an imbalance that affects
the world on many levels and leaves people hungry for focus, meaning, and value.
Over the course of a weekend, through ritual, sharing journeying, and ceremony we will walk
through four doors of initiation for women:
1. Door of Recapitulation: We will see with new eyes the path we have traveled and feel the
worth of our unique tapestry.
2. Door of Little Deaths: This door allows us to grieve for our perceived losses and let go of
limiting beliefs and behaviors.
3. Door of Emergence: In community, we own who we are and who we are becoming with a
fullness of appreciation.
4. Door of the Ceremony-of-the-Mountain: In sacred ceremony, we create an offering of
gratitude to celebrate our Emergence. Then in Fire Ceremony with song and dance, we welcome
our own Mountain Spirits as conduits between the worlds.
